Our mission was simple:
Create a "world class, very New Zealand, holiday home" in one of the countries most beautiful North Island locations, Napier, the Art Deco capital of the world.
Opened in March 2008, this beautiful old Villa has retained all the grace and charm of yesteryear whilst a complete refurnishing has brought in all the luxurious comforts of the modern home. The property offers three double bedrooms, one ensuite, two separate bathrooms (one has a full-length bath), open plan dining and lounge, separate kitchen and separate laundry. A private outdoor BBQ area and a sheltered patio where you can enjoy the stunning view across the sparkling bay. On a typically clear and sunny Hawkes Bay day, you can see all the way to Mahia peninsular. |
